Ticketing Info

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of A3C.  If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.  If you are having any other technical ticketing-related issues with your order contact Eventbrite.

All sales final.  No refunds or exchanges.  You can give your pass away.

I bought an A3C Pass online, where do I get my A3C Wristband?

You should receive an email notification after ordering passes.   Print your pass or bring a valid ID to any A3C Registration or Will Call location.  You can pick up your pass at any A3C Registration or Will Call location.

I lost my A3C wristband, what do I do now?

After you check-in and receive your A3C wristband, you are 100% responsible for your A3C pass.  If your A3C wristband has been lost or stolen, you'll have to purchase a new A3C pass.
 

I bought an A3C Pass online, can I return my Pass?

A3C is a rain or shine event and ALL sales are final.  Please make sure you can attend A3C before purchasing a pass.
 
No refunds or exchanges. You can give your pass away.

Can I buy a Single Day A3C Pass?

A Limited number of Conference Daily or Festival Daily passes will be made available.

How do I see 1 artist or 1 show?

Every event is different, but you may be able to buy a pass to a specific A3C Show at the venue, the day of the show.  

The availability is limited and will be made unavailable once capacity is reached.

Prices vary depending on the venue and show.   

Can I see 1 speaker or conference session?

You can buy a Single Day Conference Pass.

If I already bought a Pass can I change or upgrade my Pass?

You will be able to upgrade on-site at any of A3C’s Will Call locations.  The cost of the change will be the difference between your current and desired pass, at the current cost.

You can change a Conference or Festival pass to an A3C or Executive Pass.  

You can change an A3C to a Executive Pass.

However, you can not downgrade a pass from an Executive Pass or A3C to a Festival or Conference Pass.

You may buy a VIP Upgrade for a Festival or A3C Pass.

Is A3C an All-Ages Event?

A3C Conference and A3C Festival are open to all ages.

Select showcase venues are 21+ or 18+, depending on the venue policies.  Venue age restrictions are listed on the venue’s website and App profile. 

Are there Group Discounts?

Yes!  Groups of 3, or larger, will get 20% off their passes. 

Not available for Executive Pass or VIP Upgrades.

I am an artist or DJ, how do I perform at A3C?

A3C’s showcases are one of the best discovery platform for independent hip-hop artists. Performing artists will gain amazing exposure, and make invaluable connections, at the biggest hip-hop event in the world.

Each artist that is NOT selected to perform will receive a discount code worth more than the cost of any submission fee. All performing artists will receive a free A3C pass. At least 2 of the selected acts will receive $500 for their performance.

Artist Submissions are free through April 13

April 14 - July 31  [$5 Administrative Fee]

August 1 - September 19  [$50 Expedite Fee]

We ONLY accept artist submissions via Sonicbids.  You must have an active Sonicbids account to submit your EPK for review.  

Sonicbids is an online platform that brings musicians together with people looking to book shows or license music.  Sonicbids provides tools to help connect artists with promoters, venues, and great music opportunities all over the world.  Sonicbids has exclusive partnerships with many taste-making events like SXSW, A3C and Bonnaroo.

 Past Sonicbids selections include: Young Thug, Trinidad James, Rhymefest, Ca$h Out, Que, Black Sheep, Tanya Morgan, CJ Fly of Pro Era, & Propaganda.

How do I put on a showcase?

A3C partners with brands, labels, media outlets, promoters and tastemakers to program, events and activations across Atlanta.  Many of these experiences are curated by.  A3C's showcases are one of the most influential artist discovery and promotional platforms in hip-hop.

A3C hosts more than 50 Shows, Events and Parties with over 1,000 performers across 10+ venues between Wed, Oct 5th - Sunday, Oct 8th.

Past curators include: BET, Noisey, Redbull, Zaytoven, Puma, Street Execs, Boiler Room, Boosie Badazz, MyMixtapez, Don’t Flop Entertainment, SESAC, De La Soul, Stones Throw, 9th Wonder, Soulection, Grand Hustle, BMI, The Recording Academy, URL and Talib Kweli.

We're always looking for talented and passionate people to join the A3C team.  A3C is ONLY possible because of the hard work of countless individuals that dedicate time, resources and energy to make A3C a unique and special experience for all.

Team members will be required to work a minimum number of shifts throughout the weekend.  In exchange, they'll receive an A3C Festival & Conference Pass, A3C t-shirt, and be a fundamental part of the largest hip-hop festival & conference in the world.

How do I get around during A3C?

Where can I park?

We recommend taking Marta or UBER to A3C... but there are several free and paid parking lots near the A3C Conference Center and A3C Festival @ The Georgia Frieght Depot.  

There is a paid parking at the Conference Center.  Parking for a day is $15, but they do validate.

There is parking near the A3C Festival @ The Georgia Frieght Depot.  Parking prices range depending on the parking lot and time parked.

There is additional parking at select venues.  

Can I get use Marta to get to A3C? 

Best Stop for A3C Conference Hubs & the A3C Festival @ The Georgia Frieght Depot  = Five Points 

Less than 10 Minute Walk.

 

Try the Atlanta Streetcar

The Atlanta Streetcar is the easiest, most cost-effective way to get around the A3C Festival and Conference, October 5 – 9, 2016.

The DoubleTree hotel, the Loudermilk Center, and the Old Fourth Ward festival grounds are all within walking distance of the Atlanta Streetcar’s 2.7 mile route from Centennial Olympic Park to the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Center and Historic Site.

Relevant stops for festival goers include:

The DoubleTree Hotel – The Carnegie at Spring stop is located directly across the street from the hotel.

The Loudermilk Center – The Hurt Park stop is located across the street from the facility.
