**Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart** (235 Williams Street, NW)

The Atlanta Convention Center will serve as the hub for the A3C Conference (Oct 10-12) which includes keynote conversations, panels, mixers and sessions with exhibitor and activation space featuring the most innovative companies in music, tech, film, gaming and entertainment.

**Hotel Indigo** (230 Peachtree St)

The Hotel Indigo is our host hotel and is connected to Atlanta Convention Center. There is a lobby bar, restaurant, sessions and breakout rooms. Staying at the Hotel Indigo provides you a wonderful opportunity to walk to the conference sessions, live in the action and experience special events and parties.

### **Payment Plan**

Buy your ticket today and pay over time across multiple installments.

**When are the payments dates scheduled?**

**(1st)** Upon Ordering **(2nd)** Sept 13th

If you purchase a ticket after a schedule payment dates, the initial payment will be the accumulate total of all previous payments. Ticket(s) will be sent upon the first payment.

**Is there a Payment Plan Fee?**

You will be charged a non-refundable one-time Universe Payment Plan Fee of $15.

**What if I fail to make a payment?**

If you fail to make a payment, you will be notified via email, and will have a few days to correct their payment in the Universe System. If no correction is made, the ticket will automatically be cancelled and you will be refunded the full amount for your ticket minus the $15 Payment Plan Fee and the ticket will no longer be valid.

### **Ticket Policy & Information**

All sales final.

Event is rain or shine.

No refunds or exchanges.

Tickets are transferable.

You can upgrade on-site. To upgrade your pass you'll pay the difference in price between your ticket and the desired ticket.

You will register at Atlanta Convention Center @ AmericasMart between Oct 8 - 12, 2019.

The A3C Conference is accessible by all ages.

A3C Festival venues are All-Ages, 18+ or 21+ depending on the venue policy. Please check venue website for more information.

Festival venues and Conference rooms have limited capacity. Tickets do not guarantee entrance. If there is a specific event you want to attend, be sure to show up early.

Line-up and schedule are subject to change.

By attending an A3C event, Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience. The Promoter may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment.
