Make Your A3C Festival & Conference Schedule
Most people use the A3C app to create their personal schedule.

Your credentials will be located at the Registration Tent at the Loudermilk Center Conference “Speakers/Partners” banner, unless you have made other arrangements. These passes will be under your company name with attention to your main point of contact. Whomever arrives to the Registration Tent must take all passes and allocate to their team. If you do not pick up your passes at Loudermilk Center during the A3C Conference, your passes will be taken to the A3C Festival Will Call at the GA Freight Depot.
We will not be allocating additional Partner Passes outside of the passes that have already been discussed with your team. If you need to purchase an additional Executive Pass (same access as the Partner Pass) use the code PARTNER10A3CEX18 for 10% OFF an Executive Pass.

The GA Freight Depot (A3C Festival) Will Call
You are responsible for your A3C wristband, and A3C will not replace lost or stolen wristbands. A3C wristbands must be worn at all times, and can not be removed. You must tighten your wristband and are not permitted to wear a loose fitting wristband. You must wear a wristband to be permitted into any A3C event.
You are able to pick up your passes anytime registration is open. If you cannot make any of these times, please contact your Account Manager or your primary point of contact on the A3C Partnership team.
IF YOU ARE ALSO SPEAKER: Check-in at the Executive Lounge presented by The Gathering Spot, which is located on the first floor of the Loudermilk Center. Speakers are requested to check-in 60 minutes prior to speaking appearance in order to connect with other panelists and ensure all production needs are met.

Parking is available at the 90 Central Ave located behind the Ga Freight Depot.
There will be no free parking available.
Conference Center
There is a Parking Deck at the Loudermilk Center. Parking will be validated for all partners.

We highly recommend using LYFT to get around Atlanta. All of the venues are close, and you won't have to deal with parking.
MARTA is one of the easiest and most affordable forms of travel between many of A3C's central areas: Conference Center, Festival Grounds, and all of the city.

It is the first library in the Southeast to offer specialized reference and archival collections dedicated to the study and research of African American culture and history.
