“CANNON… CANNON… STEPS BACK!” If you’ve heard these thunderous drops before on your favorite mixtapes then you are no stranger to Don Cannon. For those that aren’t, an introduction is in order. This ATLien by way of Philly has been a strong presence of the Atlanta hip hop scene for the past five years. This DJ/Producer is a former Aphilliate (a super collection of DJ’s that include Drama and Sense) and has co-hosted many of the Gangsta Grillz series of tapes as well as his own. Cannon has recently been a judge on A3C’s iStandard showcase providing feedback for a new generation of beatsmiths. He has produced for the likes of Young Jeezy, Cool Kids and Outkast. He also owns a skate shop in little five points with pro-skater Stevie Williams called Sk8tique
